Ravens’ season hinges on weathering early storms

The 2025 Ravens are in for a storm, but it’s not too bad.

All teams in the AFC North have a losing record, except for the Pittsburgh Steelers (3-0). In the AFC North, no team has ever scored more than they have allowed. In the NFL, no team is unblemished or undefeated.

Philadelphia Eagles, the defending Super Bowl champions, have now lost two consecutive games. Kansas City Chiefs are 3-3, despite winning multiple Super Bowls in the last decade.

The Ravens’ roster is improving, and it’s too soon to write them off. They need to beat the Los Angeles Rams (3-3) on Sunday at M&T Bank Stadium. Baltimore must at least perform better than its 44-10 loss to the Houston Texans in Week 5.

The Ravens cannot start the season quickly anymore. Will they be able to end their three-game losing run? Will they be able to build momentum going into their Week 7 bye?

What are we about to discover? I’ll give you my thoughts on Sunday’s match in just 50 words.
