Baltimore promoted safety Sanoussi Kane, and defensive lineman Josh Tupou to the Steelers’ game squad from the practice team.

Both safety Ar’Darius Washington and outside linebacker Tavius Robertson (foot), both of whom returned to training this week, have been ruled out.

The Steelers are without starter safety Kyle Duggar, first-round rookie defensive tackle Derrick Harmon and backup offensive lineman Calvin Anderson due to injuries.

For Sunday’s match, the Steelers made some changes to their wide receivers. Adam Thielen, a veteran wide receiver who was claimed off waivers just days before, is now active. Marquez Valdes Scantling has been promoted from the practice squad. Roman Wilson, a second-year wideout, is healthy.
