Lamar Jackson, Ravens and other players injured?

Humphrey would be out until the Ravens bye week, with a possible return against the Chicago Bears during Week 8. Smith could return in the following weeks.

Keyon Martin, an undrafted rookie, took Humphrey’s place as nickel cornerback in Kansas City on Sunday. Martin, according to Pro Football Focus (PFF), surrendered just 18 yards on three targets and three catches.

Smith is the Ravens’ top tackler with 34, including four for losses. In Week 2, he also scored a touchdown after returning a fumble. After Smith’s exit, veteran Jake Hummel replaced Teddye Buchanan.

Harbaugh is confident that the Ravens can adjust to their current injuries and still compete. The Ravens will need to do so, as their record is 1-3. They have two games left against the Texans (3-1) and Los Angeles Rams (1-3), before a break that can help them recover.

“We have an excellent team.” Harbaugh stated that “we can win games by relying on our players, those that we already have who have to step forward.” Everyone gets injured during the season. Whoever is the most adept at dealing with injuries will be the winner.
