On how his defense played against the Ravens:
“I thought they were battling. We put them in some really tough spots. [We] didn’t do a great job in the teams’ units a couple of times there when they got the ball in plus territory. We had a turnover on downs where they got the ball in plus territory. So, we did not put [the defense] in some advantageous field positions, but they battled.”
On DE Myles Garrett not getting a sack:
“Lamar [Jackson] is a very difficult quarterback to sack. But Myles [Garrett] battled, played the run, was chasing him, but battled.”
On how the defense battled facing Lamar Jackson:
“I think when you’re going up against a player of his caliber, you have to try to limit him, try to slow him down. There’s certainly some plays that he made, especially on third down, I thought, escaping and making a few plays to get the ball down the field. It’s a challenge when he’s making the throws from the pocket. It’s a challenge when you have to defend for the duration of the down with his ability to move.”
