The Baltimore Ravens (2-4) are 7.5 point favorites to beat the Miami Dolphins (2-4) on Thursday Night Football.
In Week 8, both teams won their second game of the season. Lamar Jackson’s return is expected to give the Ravens a boost as they end their four-game losing run against the Bears. On Sunday, the Dolphins ended their own three week skid by shutting down Kirk Cousins’ Falcons offense. They also smashed one of league’s best-ranked defenses. Miami actually scored more points than it had all year and allowed fewer.
Jackson’s chances of playing Thursday night are increasing. The Ravens should be heavy favorites until kickoff. The Dolphins offense was able to show some life during their last match and may be able to keep the Ravens defense, which is still in a state of uncertainty, on its heels. However, the two-time NFL MVP will probably be too much for Miami’s bottom-10 defensive unit.
