Todd Monken’s News & Notes – Lamar Jackson Injuries ‘Have Been Hard On Him’

Ravens adjusting to not controlling their destiny

Orr was happy with the way the players had approached the week, after New England’s tough defeat cost the Ravens the control over their playoff destiny.

The Ravens will only be able to survive the weekend if the Pittsburgh Steelers lose on Sunday against the Cleveland Browns. Tyler Linderbaum, the Ravens Pro Bowl center, said that they will continue to focus on their game against Green Bay.

Linderbaum stated that “just like any other game, this is a must win game.” “We are focused on Saturday and nothing else. We want to win.

It creeps up on you, and you start to hope the Browns will win. It doesn’t really matter if the Browns win on Saturday. “Our job is to prepare as much as we can to face a very good team in Lambeau Field – an extremely difficult place to play. We want to leave with a victory.”

Kyle Hamilton, Pro Bowl safety, doesn’t consider it a given that the Ravens, after a 1-5 start are still in the hunt with only two games remaining. Hamilton admitted that the loss to the Patriots hurt, but the team is now refocused.

Hamilton said, “It is not a happy-go-lucky situation but we have put behind us the loss.” “We still have a chance.” We’re lucky to have this opportunity. We put ourselves in an extremely difficult position. “We’ve got to seize the moment and give ourselves at least a chance.”
