Ravens don’t always take the easy way.
Now that they’ve gone 1-2, their bandwagon is a little empty. No one expected that their defense would be ranked as the worst in the NFL after Week 3. It was also not expected that Derrick Henry would fumble in three consecutive games.
Baltimore is no stranger to early season troubles. The majority of players in the locker rooms were on the Ravens’ roster last year, when they started 0-2 and finished 12-5 to win the AFC North division for the second consecutive season.
This perspective is helpful, even if it doesn’t help the Ravens this year. At least 17 chapters will be included in the story of their season 2025. Three chapters have already been written.
Baltimore will face the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, a team which has been a rival in recent years. The Ravens will need to win to erase the bad taste in their mouths. Kansas City’s barbecue is excellent, but they must bring home a victory.
