Joe Burrow Enjoys the Way His Bengals Team Plays for Pride (And Fun)

The Bengals (6-10), who are now out of the playoff race, rolled over the Arizona Cardinals 37-14.

Joe Burrow, the franchise quarterback, believes the Bengals have played with pride as they close the season, despite Cincinnati’s third consecutive elimination.

Burrow told on the Bengals website that playoffs were out of the picture. “But you play for pride and for your team, you try to execute, you try to get good stuff on video.”

Bengals also have a good time in the final stretch.

Burrow, in the final quarter of the game, threw an offensive lineman Cody Ford who was lined out wide. Ford caught the pass and ran for 21 yards, becoming the first player in NFL history (345 pounds) to gain 20+ yards from scrimmage.
