The Steelers are a huge deal to rookies like Malaki Starks. Mike Green, Teddye Buchanan. Emery Jones Jr. Tyler Loop. LaJohntay. Wester. Keondre. Jackson.

Starks, now a Raven, was once a Steelers supporter. Starks doesn’t want to discuss that this week.

Starks apologized, “I’ve never mentioned it.”

Starks mentioned being a Steelers’ fan in some of his interviews before the draft, such as when he appeared on NFL Network’s “Good Morning Football.” Starks changed his allegiance in a split second after the Ravens selected him.

Starks has changed his mind. Starks has been friends with his friend since high school, and he’s a Pittsburgh fan. But Starks isn’t feeling it this week.

I haven’t spoken to him in the last week. Starks said that he probably won’t speak to him.

Wester grew up not watching much football because he preferred to play the sport. Wester, however, has heard Ravens veterans discuss past games against Steelers and how a big play can be the difference.

Wester has been waiting all season to return a punt to his house. He hopes it will happen on Sunday.
