The Ravens dominated the Dolphins on Thursday Night Football, winning 28-6.
Lamar Jackson returned to the Ravens’ offense after a three-game break. The tight ends’ significant contributions were a major factor.
Last season, when the Ravens were the best offense in the NFL, they dominated with multiple tight-end sets. After Isaiah Likely was injured for the first three games, Jackson suffered a hamstring tear and missed another three.
The tight ends were able to shine once more with everyone back in Miami. They hauled in seven catches totaling 105 yards, and three touchdowns. Baltimore’s tight end had 33 catches, 276 yards, and three touchdowns through seven games.
John Harbaugh, Head Coach, said: “To see these guys come alive and [Jackson] know they were there was great. It was just a question of getting the ball to them. We were able get the ball behind the linebackers a few times on play-action, which was a big deal for us.”
The top takeaways are from the Pro Football Focus grades and snap counts.
