Ravens suffer another injury to a defensive starter

In the first half of the game against the Los Angeles Rams, the Ravens were already short-handed in defense. They also lost another starter.

Tavius Robinson, the outside linebacker, was ruled out of the game at the beginning of the second period. Ronnie Stanley, the left tackle who started in the first quarter but was forced to leave due to an ankle injury, also had to leave.

Robinson has played every Ravens game to date – 40 consecutive games. He has never missed a single practice. In the Sunday game, he had 17 tackles with two sacks.

Robinson has a special role to play after the Ravens dealt Odafe Oweh with the Los Angeles Chargers. Outside linebacker, Baltimore has only Kyle Van Noy and rookie Mike Green.

Joe Noteboom replaced Stanley for the third consecutive game. Stanley has been forced to leave the game twice in the last three weeks.
