Ravens Snap Count analysis, Week 11: More snaps for the fill-in WRs & CBs

Lamar Jackson, the offensive line and the starters went the distance. Rasheen Ali played a career high 12 offensive snaps behind them. He caught a pass for 15 yard on a conversion of a third-down in the first quarter. Keaton Mitchel’s 16 snaps was a season high, while Derrick Henry ran 18 times for 103 yard and a touchdown on 33 snaps (54%).

Deandre Hopkins, the wide receiver who is ranked No.2, has seen his snap count jump to 42 (69%). Rashod bateman was sidelined, so Deandre Hopkins was shifted to the No. 2 position. Hopkins caught just one reception out of a few targets. Tylan Wallace, Devontez Walker and LaJohntay Westerner all jumped in the pecking-order with 26 snaps each. Zay Flowers was on the field for 54 out of 61 snaps, or 89 percent. He led his team in receiving yards with 78.

Mark Andrews had a busy afternoon. He led the tight ends in snap shares with 37 plays (61%) Andrews scored the game-winning touchdown on a trick play in the fourth-quarter after catching three passes for a total of 32 yards. Isaiah Likely caught two passes and played 32 snaps, while Charlie Kolar came in third place with 19 snaps (31%) Pat Ricard played 19 snaps as he normally does in the in-line blocking position.

Four defenders took 100% of the snaps, including Nate Wiggins, Roquan, Alohi, and Hamilton. Hamilton was the star of this show with his stat-stuffing performances, but other defensive players also made a strong showing in an overall effort.

Wiggins snared his third interception of the season in the second half. Chidobe awuzie was his cornerback partner for the majority of the day, as Marlon Humphrey was absent. Awuzie, who played 52 snaps out of 52, made an impact on the game with three pass breaksups and good coverage. Keyon Martin, who played 18 snaps in total, also made a big impact with a pass-breakup, sack and quarterback hit.

Travis Jones played almost 80 percent of snaps in the front (43). John Jenkins was the next most active defensive lineman with 22 snaps. Brent Urban, C.J. Okoye, Taven Bryan and Brent Urban played 11-14 snaps apiece.

Mike Green led all edge rushers with 37 snaps despite entering the game questionable. Dre’Mont Jones had two quarterback hits in 33 snaps for the second week running, while Kyle Van Noy sacked a quarterback on 29 snaps. Trenton Simpson, a linebacker who played just five snaps but had two quarterback hits and a strong pass-rush, also made an impact.
