Klint Kubica, 38, led the NFL’s explosiveest offense this year under the former Ravens defensive co-ordinator Mike Macdonald.

Kubiak was instrumental in helping quarterback Sam Darnold win Pro Bowl honors. Jaxon Smith Njigba, meanwhile, led the league with 1,793 receiving yards. Seattle is third in the league for points and eighth in terms of yards.

Kubiak is son of former Ravens offensive coordinator Gary Kubiak. Gary Kubiak had a successful year in Baltimore, Maryland in 2014. Klint has been a coach for five teams in the last five years. His offensive coordinator stints were Minnesota (2021) as well as New Orleans (2024).

Kubiak can virtually interview the Ravens as the Seahawks are on a bye in the first round of the playoffs.
