The answer will be revealed in Sunday’s opener at home against the Cleveland Browns. Even a game in Week 2 is crucial for the AFC North. This one is more important than the first, when Baltimore was down by the Buffalo Bills after a 15 point lead in the fourth quarter.

Kyle Van Noy, an outside linebacker, acknowledged that it was taking him longer than normal to make it past the first week.

Van Noy: “I learned in my career that the 24-hour rule is usually followed.” Sometimes you have to choose between 48 or 24 hours. “After a loss of that magnitude, I believe it’s OK to take 48 hours.”
