Ravens make history with fan-powered light show at M&T Bank Stadium

Ravens fans created history during the Lions’ Week 3 match.

The first NFL game featured a 360° “Human TV”, powered by PixMob’s LED wristband technology.

Each Ravens fan wearing a wristband became a pixel of light that could be changed, creating an ever-changing canvas of Ravens videos.

These effects included red Raven eye sweeping the crowd at player introductions; an animated American Flag displayed in the crowd for the National Anthem; and Maryland themed effects such as the state flag painted on the stadium.

Each Ravens touchdown was celebrated by the Ravens Flock, which created purple waves to connect fans with their favorite moments from Baltimore’s “Darkness Falls”.

Jay O’Brien, Vice President of Broadcasting & Gameday Productions, said: “We’re very proud that we were the first NFL franchise to introduce this new LED wristband to our fans.” “We do everything to enhance the gameday experience at M&T Bank Stadium and make it the best place to watch a match in the NFL.” Homefield advantage is more than just loud noises — it’s about memorable memories, electric energy and the special bond between our team, our fans and ourselves.
