

According to the team , Kliff Kingbury was interviewed by the Baltimore Ravens on Monday for their vacant head coaching position.
Kingsbury began his coaching career at Houston, where he spent four seasons in various roles before moving to Texas A&M, as the offensive director. He was appointed head coach of Texas Tech University after one season. He held this position for six years before moving to NFL where he joined the Arizona Cardinals in 2019.
Kingsbury was the Cardinals’ coach from 2019 to 2022. He earned a six year contract extension after an impressive 2021 campaign in which his team won 11 matches and made the playoffs. After a 4-13 record, he was fired one year later. He returned to the college level in 2023 and joined USC as an offensive analyst.
Kingsbury will return to the NFL in 2024 as the offensive coordinator of the Washington Commanders. In 2024, Kingsbury returned to the NFL as the offensive coordinator for the Washington Commanders. Injury and poor performance decimated the 2025 season, which led to Kingsbury and Commanders parting ways on Tuesday.
Kingsbury’s coaching career has been up and down, but he’s known for developing many young quarterbacks. In addition to Daniels, Kingsbury also worked with Patrick Mahomes (who he coached), Kyle Murray, and Caleb Williams.
