Jackson returned from his hamstring injuries on Wednesday and Thursday of last week. Jackson was initially listed as a “full participant” on Friday, because he took part in the whole practice while leading the scout teams.
A player who is medically unable or unwilling to start but works with the scouts instead must be considered limited.
After realizing their mistake, the Ravens changed Jackson’s designation to a limited player and ruled him out of Sunday’s game against the Chicago Bears.
