Ravens 31, Bengals 23, “Lamar Jackson’s mini-resurgence on Sunday gave more confidence that the offense can build upon, as well as the commitment to running. The Ravens will score more than Thanksgiving if the Bills are able to hit 39 points. Last time, the defense was beaten badly by a large turnover margin. “If the Ravens can keep the ball, they will win in a game that is a must-win.”

Bengals 35, Ravens 20, “I wanted to pick the Bengals for the Thanksgiving game but I then realized that I would have to explain my choice. The Bengals lacked star wide receiver Tee Hendrickson or defensive end Tre Hendrickson. Their defense was historically poor. Although I had a gut feeling that Joe Burrow would stomp on the Ravens in a rout, it turned out that he was recovering from an injury. Look what happened. As the Ravens prepare to face the Bengals a second-time, all of those things still hold true, except that Burrow’s injury rust has gone away and he is playing like a pro. “Oh, and they’ve got home-field advantages.”

Ravens 27, Bengals 24, “Burrow was riding high when he brought back his team from the dead at Thanksgiving. The Bengals (almost are) now officially cooked. Lamar Jackson’s team, on the other hand, still has everything to gain. “On Sunday, the Ravens must act like it.”

Ravens 27, Bengals 26, “If not now, then never. Because the Ravens’ chances of making it to the playoffs will be almost zero if they lose a third consecutive AFC North match. We shouldn’t focus on the results of two weeks ago due to that high turnover margin. “The Ravens’ season will be saved by a combination of offensive and defensive efforts.”

Ravens 34, Bengals 30, “Todd Monken’s commitment to the run was promising, with 217 yards on forty carries.” We saw glimpses of Lamar Jackson’s old style at times. We all thought that the Ravens would win their first game in Round 1. “This time, the Ravens will have their backs to the wall.”
