News & Notes – Lamar Jackson says he’s getting healthier

Lamar Jackson has had a different injury for three weeks in a row. That’s without counting the hamstring which kept him out of three games.

Jackson has missed practice every week due to knee, ankle and now toe injury.

Jackson claimed that the New York Jets’ defender who tackled him in the first quarter dropped his weight onto him. Jackson, like the others who suffered injuries, continued to march on and won.

I just fell down. I’m good, though. Jackson replied, “Toe is good.”

Jackson said that he was feeling better in certain areas when asked Tuesday if his injuries were getting worse.

Jackson has thrown less than 200 yard in each of his last three games. Jackson has thrown one touchdown and two interceptions. He said that he is not going to let the persistent injuries get him down.

“I don’t think about it.” Jackson said, “We’re winning so that’s the main thing.” “I cannot control an injury. It happens. It’s unfortunate, but I think it just happens at the wrong moment. “But we’re winning.”

John Harbaugh, the head coach of the Cleveland Browns, noted that Jackson had a 143.4 rating as a quarterback in this season’s fourth quarter. This is when many games are won or lost. Jackson has thrown ten touchdowns and just one interception during the second half of eight games he played.

Ronnie Stanley, the Ravens’ left tackle, said that the Ravens’ offense must improve in order to achieve their Super Bowl goal. Jackson agreed with this belief. A big part of it will be to get the two-time MVP back in shape.

“I agree, absolutely. Jackson stated that “[We] have to score points.” We can’t put [Tyler] Loop on every drive because we might be going up against an offense that is high-powered and may score a lot. We just need to do our jobs.”
