Rashod bateman has had some difficult times in his career. This season was no exception.
Bateman feels that the offense is out of sync. He’s had an off year, after a breakout season with 45 catches and 756 yards.
Bateman missed 2 games due to an ankle injury. He returned to the field last week, on Thanksgiving Day against the Bengals. However, he did not make a catch or have any targets.
In 10 games, Bateman caught 16 passes on 32 targets for 194 yards and two touchdowns.
“I only control what I am able to control.” Bateman stated that he let others make their own decisions or assumptions.
“I have had to develop callus. I’d say that, having been here and dealing with injuries, etc. I have to be ready and ready to go when my name is called. “I think that’s what my role is, so I can just continue to thrive.”
