Jackson’s late game playmaking would have received praise if the Ravens had won that game. The Ravens were forced to accept a bitter result when Mark Andrews dropped the pass during the two-point attempt.
The Ravens aren’t dwelling on the past, but they do remember. Jackson wants to play anyone on Sunday and it will not be revenge. It’s a brand new season.
Jackson said, “I’m sick of playing my team.” It’s time for us to vent our frustration on them.
It’s like playing any other game. I want to win no matter what. I don’t even look at my opponent. I tell you all this every time, I never look at an opponent and think “I have to beat them.” I feel that we have to beat everyone. “I’m locked in.”
Jackson has never felt so in control, or played with such a large number of proven playmakers. This is his third year with Todd Monken as Offensive Coordinator. Tee Martin, the Quarterbacks Coach at Texas A&M University, has praised Jackson’s attitude all summer long.
Martin stated that “he started training camp in this way, by speaking to the team.” “[There was] a private meeting where [Martin] spoke from the heart. He’s led that way every single day.”
“There’s never been a single day when his communication, performance, level of work or anything else hasn’t improved. He’s improved in many areas and I am really proud of this maturation. He deserves all the credit. “He’s growing at a pace that’s right for him, and it is beautiful to watch.”
Jackson doesn’t make any bold predictions as to what the Ravens are going to do in this season or their performance on Sunday. He would rather demonstrate it than talk about it.
Jackson will be satisfied with 2025 if Baltimore wins the Super Bowl. This is regardless of whether or not he wins a third MVP award. Jackson wants Baltimore to win the Super Bowl, regardless of his statistics or whether he wins his third MVP. The quest to achieve that goal begins in Buffalo.
Jackson said, “I let the play speak for itself.” “You never can tell. Everything looks great on paper, but it’s not the same when you are out on the field. “I just found out during the game.”
