Kyle Hamilton, Ronnie Stanley Among Ravens Inactive vs. Texans

Jackson (hamstring), Smith, Humphrey, Awuzie and Ricard were all ruled-out on Friday.

Hamilton (groin), and Stanley (ankle), were both questionable. Hamilton did not practice on Thursday or Friday, and Stanley hasn’t had a full session at any time this week.

Odafe Oweh (outside linebacker) will play for the Ravens after suffering an injury to his eye this week. Devontez Walker, the wide receiver (oblique), will also play.

The Ravens are going to rely heavily on their backups. This includes a few Ravens. Cooper Rush, a veteran Raven, will make his first appearance as a Raven to replace Jackson who was forced to leave the game against Kansas City last week early. Baltimore has been building a strategy around Rush for the entire week.

Jaire Alexander, a cornerback at the position, will be playing for the first since Week 1. After a rough start in Buffalo, he has been scratched from the last three games. However, he feels like his old self. T.J. Tampa, an undrafted rookie and Keyon Martin will be the Ravens’ other options.

Sanoussi Kane, a second-year safety player, will start his career for the first time, replacing Malaki Starks, a rookie.

Joe Noteboom, who will be starting at left tackle for the first time, will make his debut. Last week, he played most of the game in Kansas City when Stanley was injured in the first-half.

Trent Simpson and Jake Hummel will join Teddye Buchanan, a rookie at inside linebacker. Who will be wearing the “green dot” helmet and communicating the Ravens defensive calls remains to seen. Buchanan and Starks are the logical candidates, as communication is key at M&T Bank Stadium.

Keaton Mitchel, a running back who will bring a spark to the backfield, will make his debut in 2025 if every Raven is healthy. The first-time appearance of rookie offensive lineman Carson Vinson, a fifth-round pick in the draft, is also expected.

The Texans, on the other hand, are essentially healthy.
