Early in the week I felt I made a bad choice of words when I said that Ravens’ fans were spoilt. I retract my statement. I meant that Ravens fans are used to great teams and great defense. Since 1996, there haven’t really been many Ravens teams that underperformed to the point of disappointing fans. I think we are both disappointed right now in Week 4. We need to fix it. We must put on the field a product that the fans will be proud to support, and proud to spend money to attend the games to show their support.
