Henry has been involved in the Baltimore community and the Baltimore league since his arrival last year. His Two All Foundation aims to level the playing fields for youth today by giving back both to the Nashville community as well as his hometown, Yulee in Florida.

Last year, Henry gave bookbags, winter coats and school supplies to 465 Curtis Bay Elementary students in Baltimore. In June, Henry hosted his annual Two All Community Day at Yulee where he gave out toys, backpacks and bikes to over 300 children. In July, 80 Boys & Girls Club of Middle Tennessee kids were taken shopping by his foundation for back-to school. In 2024 and 2025 he will donate 200 Thanksgiving dinners. He has also joined his teammates on holiday shopping sprees and given gifts to families who are in need.
