Dan Orlovsky Calls For Ravens To Address Major Playoff Issue

The Baltimore Ravens enter this season as one of the teams to beat again.

They’ve been a dominant force in the regular season year in and year out.

Unfortunately, they haven’t been as good in the playoffs.

That’s why former NFL quarterback Dan Orlovsky urged them to clean their act up in the postseason.

He pointed out that the Ravens have been outscored 67-26 in the first half of their past five postseason losses.

They’ve also been outscored 37-3 off turnovers in those first halves.

A team needs to get off to a strong start if it wants to advance.

So it’s on head coach John Harbaugh to have Baltimore prepared and ready to roll from the kickoff.

The Ravens are stacked on both sides of the ball, and they have an outstanding coaching staff, not to mention a perennial NFL MVP candidate at quarterback.

Yet, Lamar Jackson has also been in the spotlight multiple times for his postseason shortcomings.

He has failed to be as dominant in the playoffs as he’s been in the regular season, up to the point where some doubt his character or if his team will be able to win at the highest level with a quarterback like him.

Watching the way the Ravens have fared in the regular season, there’s no way to explain their struggles and miscues in the playoffs.
