It’s never fun to wake up after a Ravens defeat. Even worse is when the loss occurs against a rival from your division, or when there are five turnovers. This is no way to win an NFL game. The Ravens are now 6-6 in the AFC North after their 32-14 loss to Bengals.
Baltimore’s defence was solid for most of the game on Thursday, but it was far too long before the break. It showed in the second half. The offense was unable to find a rhythm and turned the ball five times. Derrick Henry and Keaton Mitchel were both effective, but they were underutilized. Lamar Jackson did not look sharp. With a series of tough defenses closing the year, there are no answers to that question.
