Baltimore Ravens have ruled out cornerback Keyon Mart (rib) and wide receiver Rashod bateman (ankle). They will not be playing against the New York Jets.
All other Ravens who appeared on the injury reports this week are full participants, and do not have a designation for Sunday’s match. This list includes:
Jackson and Hamilton are the Ravens’ two most important players, on either side of football. Hill and Humphrey are both returning to the lineup following last week’s trip to Cleveland. The possibility of Vorhees being forced to move from guard because of his foot injury has disappeared with Vorhees’ progress in practice.
The Jets didn’t rule out any players, but they did label four as questionable. The Jets have:
McCrary Ball could be activated off injured reserve before Sunday’s match. He could take on special teams duties, and rotate into defense as the Jets are using different linebackers this season.
McDonald is the Jets’ leader with 7.0 sacks. Jermaine Jermaine, a 2022 draftee, comes in second with 3.0. This would be a huge loss for New York, particularly after losing Quinnen Williams during the trade deadline. McDonald was able to participate in full practices on Friday, and it appears that he will play on Sunday.
Nwangwu, the Jets primary returner, only had one limited practice Friday. This will probably make him a decision at game time. Phillips, who was restricted all three days but is expected to play through the injury he sustained after starting 10 games this year, will likely be a game-time decision.
